The Settings screen allows you to configure various musical characteristics of the instrument.

The current pitch deviation from the standard (A = 440Hz) is displayed in cents to the right of the "Pitch" label in the upper left.
The pitch of this instrument can be adjusted using the built-in pitch tuner.
Tap the to the right of the "Pitch" label to reveal the pitch tuner.
While the tuner is displayed, a tuning tone will play to indicate the current pitch. (You can adjust the volume of the tuning tone with the volume slider.)
The tuning tone's frequency and deviation from standard pitch (in cents) are displayed on the label at the top center.
You can use the pitch slider to adjust the pitch deviation from -100 to +100 cents, or use the '-+' stepper on the right to adjust in 1 cent increments.
To return the pitch to standard (zero deviation), tap "Reset" on the left.
The note selector lets you choose a tuning note from G4 to F#5 (A4 is the default).
To tune to match another instrument, play the same note and tune it to eliminate growling sounds.
Tap "OK" to apply the tuning results to this instrument, or "Cancel" if you don't.
Select a sound.
When selected, the keyboard range changes to match the sound.
Sound | Features |
---|---|
Theremin | It has a slow attack and a tone that is close to a pure sine wave. |
Whistling | A sine wave-like tone with an airy sound. The attack can be controlled with Sound Controller. |
Humming | A tone similar to the human voice. The muffled feel can be controlled with Sound Controller. |
You can shift the keyboard range up or down by up to 3 notes from the default.
Each display on the selector is the note name of the leftmost key on the keyboard.
You can choose the keyboard size from 25 keys, 31 keys, or 37 keys.
You can choose the look of your keyboard.
The current setting will be displayed in a banner on the top right corner of the keyboard on the main screen.
